Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using the PathFlow application, the user accepts these Terms of Service.

2. Description of the Service

PathFlow is a GPS monitoring platform for vehicle fleets which allows the real-time display of the position of tracking devices, access to route history and the receipt of push notifications.

3. Conditions of Use

Use of PathFlow requires an active subscription to the tracking service, provided separately by Europealab di Francesco Paolo Cola. The App is intended exclusively for professional and lawful use.

4. User Account

The user is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and for all activities carried out through their account.

5. Permitted Use

The user undertakes to use PathFlow in compliance with applicable law. Unauthorised tracking of people or vehicles is prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, its code, its design and the PathFlow trademark are the exclusive property of Europealab di Francesco Paolo Cola.

7. Limitation of Liability

PathFlow is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the continuity or accuracy of GPS data, which depend on external factors (network coverage, environmental conditions, operation of the devices).

8. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend access to the App in the event of a breach of these terms or non-payment.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. The Court of Turin (Foro di Torino) shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.
